The price of a pilgrimage is based on the rate of exchange and airline quotations in effect when the price was set. If there is a change in air prices and/or currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to adjust prices.

On any pilgrimage there will be a great deal of walking over uneven terrain, cobblestone streets and encountering hills. Please consider carefully if you are in good physical condition to handle such activity. JeriCo Christian Journeys cannot guarantee special accommodations or assistance for our pilgrims and it is the client’s responsibility to arrange for any such assistance that may be needed.

If you cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited as shown in the following schedules. All requests for refunds must be sent to us in writing. If airline tickets have been purchased at any stage of the process or other monies have been paid by JeriCo that are nonrefundable to the agency, that amount will be fully deducted from the refund:

After Deposit to 121 days prior to departure – full refund less $50.00 U.S. per person 120-91 days – total less U.S. $100.00 per person
90-61 days – total less U.S. $150.00 per person
60-46 days – total less U.S. $200.00 per person
45-31 days – total less U.S. $300.00 per person
30-15 days – total less U.S. $400 per person

14 days and less No Refund, 100 % Penalty: You can protect your investment in the tour with the purchase of trip cancellation insurance through JeriCo Christian Journeys.

A valid passport is required of all tour participants. A U.S. passport is valid for 10 years. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past return date. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to obtain any necessary passport, visas or other necessary documentation for travel. If you are not a US citizen, please consult your nearest embassy or consulate for visa requirements. We encourage you to visit www.travel.state.gov for more information.

Customs, visa fees, optional tours, excess baggage charges, tips for hotel staff, restaurant personnel, bus drivers and guides, drinks and food not on the regular table d’hote menu, as well as all other items of a personal nature and any other service not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

Airline seat assignments: All seating assignments are at the discretion of the airlines. JeriCo Christian Journeys cannot guarantee specific seat assignments.

JeriCo Christian Journeys will do all possible to pair together passengers willing to share a room. If this cannot be arranged, the passenger is responsible for the single supplement charge.

JeriCo Christian Journeys acts as a Tour Operator and all trips are sold as a package. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations are independent contractors and not employees of JeriCo Christian Journeys. By utilizing the services of the suppliers, you agree that JeriCo Christian Journeys will not be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other service resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including: acts of God, acts of war, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation/changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft.
